This includes comparing multiple venue options and negotiating the best rates; recommending venues based on atmosphere, facilities and proximity to attractions; ensuring meeting spaces meet technical and capacity requirements; verifying availability and securing reservations; managing contracts, payment schedules and venue policies; conducting or arranging site visits (virtual or in-person); coordinating layout, seating plans and setup timing.
Accommodation Coordination
We ensure every participant is comfortably accommodated, whether your team prefers standard rooms, suites, or villa-style arrangements.
